Client Services & Operations Lead
(Freelance / Partnership Opportunity)
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the Client Services channel — the arm of the studio that delivers digital and creative support (mostly Squarespace-based projects) to existing clients.
You’ll coordinate project progress, manage timelines, communicate with clients, and work closely with our founder (Tanya) to refine systems and operations as we evolve.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting partnerships — helping maintain and strengthen relationships with collaborators, creative partners, and strategic allies who share our human-first values.
The Details
Part-time: starts at 5–8 hours/week, with potential to expand to 10–15 hours/week as systems mature.
Contract type: Freelance, with a 60-day paid trial (~$1,200–$2,000/month depending on hours and experience).
Future opportunity: Potential for profit-share partnership (30–40% of Client Services net profit) once mutual trust and performance are established.

You’re comfortable with tools like Notion, Squarespace, and Google Workspace.

Client Services
Manage active projects and ensure deliverables move forward on schedule.
Communicate with clients clearly and kindly — updating, nudging, and celebrating progress.
Coordinate contractors and vendors (writers, designers, developers).
Keep track of invoices, renewals, and client satisfaction touchpoints.
Operations & Systems
Maintain and improve the Notion project dashboard.
Organize client folders and assets for clarity and future reuse.
Automate or template repetitive workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reporting).
Support internal organization tasks such as tracking analytics, SOP documentation, and light content scheduling.
Partnership Management
Maintain relationship trackers and contact logs for collaborators, sponsors, and strategic partners.
Support outreach and follow-up with partnership leads (e.g., managed services, affiliates, or aligned studios).
Coordinate joint initiatives, shared content, or co-branded projects.
Ensure all partner communications are timely, thoughtful, and aligned with Moushi & Co’s voice and ethos.
